The Mangapapa Kitchen maintains a ‘paddock to plate’ philosophy, adhering to the seasons and using fruit and vegetables grown in the hotel kitchen garden and surrounding orchards. They are inspired by the local produce and the quality of those ingredients and produce exceptional menus with flair and creativity.
The five course set dinner menu is an exquisite dining experience, having recently won a 2018 Lamb & Beef Excellence Award for the creative menus. We have also launched a new option of a three course set dinner menu for those looking to sample our dinner menu for the first time. The Mangapapa Restaurant is open for dinner seven days a week from 6pm to 8pm and caters for non-residents as well as hotel accommodation guests. Each time you dine at Mangapapa, the menu will be created especially for you thereby creating a memorable and unique dining experience.
The five course or three course set menu is tailored to the guests’ dietary requirements and changes daily to utilise the stunning fresh produce from the kitchen garden and local suppliers.
Our wonderful Front of House team are happy to suggest wine matchings for your dinner menu for an additional charge. Our extensive range of local and international wines, offer a chance to taste some of the world’s finest all in one evening!
