The Mangapapa Kitchen maintains a ‘paddock to plate’ philosophy, using fruit and vegetables grown in the hotel kitchen garden and surrounding orchards. Our team are inspired by the quality of local ingredients to produce exceptional menus with flair and creativity and we can’t wait to share our new a la carte menu for inhouse guests.
