Our Bar is the heart of our hotel, a chance for our in-house guests to relax by our roaring fire sampling a glass of famous Hawke’s Bay wine or casually dining from our a la carte menu in our conservatory overlooking our beautiful gardens.
Start your evening with a pre-dinner drink in our bar, choose from a huge range of New Zealand and international wine. Hotel guests can book a visit to our hotel wine cellar with one of our team. Take the lift down to our cellar and choose some wine for your upcoming dinner or at our bar.
Allow our professionals to provide wine-matching for your five course dinning experience supplied from our very own wine cellar. Pair your courses with perfect wine for $75 per person for our standard matching or $150 for our reserve.
Our delicious a la carte menu has been designed by the Mangapapa Kitchen to create a casual but elegant dining experience. Inspired by the seasonal and local produce, the menu offers light choices, full of flavour.
The a la carte menu is available to outside guests on Friday and Saturday night and accommodation guests seven days a week from 6 pm – 8 pm.
