T’is the season to be jolly! Christmas High Tea is back!
Celebrate the festive season with a High Tea at Mangapapa Hotel. We are taking bookings from 26th November through until end of December, so invite all your family, friends or work colleagues to enjoy a delicious mulled wine, a Christmas themed high tea with all the trimmings plus decorations for the table and hot cups of teas served in our beautiful china. It’s a special time of year and Mangapapa is the perfect place to be for this special occasion.

The Mangapapa Kitchen maintains a ‘paddock to plate’ philosophy, adhering to the seasons and using fruit and vegetables grown in the hotel kitchen garden and surrounding orchards. They are inspired by the local produce and the quality of those ingredients to produce exceptional menus with flair and creativity. Wonderful High Tea with the Dilmah Family!
Over one Art Deco weekend, we had a very special event organised with the Dilmah Tea Family for their fantastic customers. Having heard all about our Mangapapa High Tea, Dilmah Tea worked with us to provide a unique dining experience for some lucky customer, competition winners. Our team of talented Chefs, created a customised, tea inspired menu, complete with traditional Sri Lanka love cake, tea inspired sorbets and dainty china cups brimming with yummy tea. It was an honour to meet the founder of Dilmah Tea, Mr Fernando & his son, Dilhan and see them enjoy our scrumptious sweet treats.
