Our elegant Bar is the heart of our hotel, perfect for you to relax by our roaring fire, sampling a glass of famous Hawke’s Bay wine or casually dining in our light filled conservatory overlooking our beautiful park like gardens.
Start your evening with a pre-dinner aperitif or cocktail in our cosy bar, or you can choose from our curated selection of New Zealand and international wines. Hotel guests are welcome to visit our wine cellar and see some of our hidden treasures with one of our service team.Â
Allow our professionals to provide wine-matching for your five course dining experience supplied from our very own wine cellar. Pair your courses with perfect wine for $75 per person for our standard matching or $150 for our premium reserve range.
Our delicious dinner menu has been designed by the Mangapapa Kitchen to create a casual but elegant dining experience. Inspired by the artisanal seasonal and regional produce, the menu showcases Hawke’s Bay, the food bowl of New Zealand.
Our dining room caters for both in-house and local guests seven days a week from 6 pm – 8 pm. Reservations are essential.
