While we hold a deep affection for our local Hawke’s Bay bubbles, we are delighted to offer a sophisticated twist for our regular guests. This winter, we invite you to experience the Mangapapa Signature High Tea featuring Champagne AYALA.
Founded in 1860, Ayala is a prestigious Grande Marque Champagne house located in the historic town of Aÿ, just moments from Épernay. What makes Ayala truly exceptional is its commitment to quality. All of their vineyards are rated at 90% or above on the ‘échelle des crus’ scale—a system that grades the quality of each site up to 100%. Furthermore, Ayala exclusively uses the first or ‘Cuvée’ press of the harvest, ensuring that only the finest, purest “free run” juice finds its way into your glass.
Each guest will enjoy a complimentary glass of Ayala to begin their afternoon.
Gather your friends, family, or colleagues—or perhaps simply treat yourself to some well-deserved “me-time”—and soak in the French-inspired ambience of our newly refurbished dining room.
Price: $75 per person
Includes: A glass of Champagne Ayala, five delicate sweets, and five gourmet savouries served on a classic three-tier stand.
